BeThere Internet London Exchange upgrades

BeThere ISP exchange upgrades, proving to be a nightmare for the end user. Clients are given very short notice via email. Firmware upgrades required for their own Thomson routers, adjustments needed for third party routers. Proved impossible to do remotely so an on-site visit is required. A lot of hoops to jump through. BeThere - BeWare!
