Publisher | London | Remote replacement of drive and data

A long term publishing client based on Tottenham Court Road contacted us because their OS X server drive was no longer appearing on their desktops.

We soon diagnosed a fault with an external drive that held all their data. Due to their location we were able to instruct them to purchase another drive from a local shop and plug it in to the server. We were then able to remotely control the server, repair the faulty drive and copy all their data to the new drive. This repair cost our client nothing as it was covered under their remote support agreement with Dejac Associates.
