Charity | Reading, Berkshire | Big savings on broadband

During a chance conversation with an office administrator, she happened to show us her most recent internet broadband invoice. Our initial reaction was that it looked a little bit high, however, we promised to look into it and contacted the ISP on their behalf. Because we understood our client’s broadband requirements and were able to talk to their ISP in their own language, we were able to uncap their broadband usage. We also upgraded their line speed and saved them just under £1,000 a year by merely switching them to a more up to date package with the same supplier.
