Office Move | London | Minimal downtime

A busy consultancy of 25 employees were moving from a serviced office environemt to permenant, modern Central London offices. Dejac was able to get access to the new offices prior to their move and test all the existing networking points to ensure their reliability. Thanks for a number of meetings with the client prior to the moving date Dejac was able to assess whether any addtional network points would be needed and pre-configure as many network services in advance as possible. We tested all three new broadband lines and pre-configured one of them exclusively for VOIP so that the phones would be working within minutes of their arrival. A couple of secure wireless networks were created for use by staff as well as a guest VLAN network for visitors to use. Within an hour of the servers and network switches arriving, the client was able to access their email and shared data. By the end of the day everything critical to their IT setup had been completed so the client was able to focus on their business.
