Publisher | Slough | Overnight Mac OS X Server rebuild

At 3pm one afternoon an anxious new client contacted us after their OS X server failed to restart following a security update. We were with them by 4.30pm and promised to take the Mac OS X server away and return it fixed the following morning.

Thankfully their data was all intact but the OS X 10.4 Server software required re-installation and all the access permissions needed to be recreated, but it was back in full service by 9.30am the following day, as promised. Subsequent to their positive experience with us, this company has since become an established client.
